After 20+ years in the rental property business, I have been to court with tenants more times then I care to count. In those years, I have been awarded tens of thousands of dollars against tenants that rented my properties. I will probably never see a red cent of the money owed by those tenants, but I can make damn sure other landlords are aware to stay clear of these deadbeat renters by posting on NoPayTenants.com!!

My recent go around involved a tenant that was jailed for torturing a kitten and while in jail, asked a friend to turn off the electric heat in the apartment to save money when he did his 60-days in lock-up. Long story short, the heat was turned off during the coldest days of the winter and water pipes froze flooding the garden and first floor apartments causing $50,000 in damages. Will this tenant ever pay for that damage? We will see as the tenant may have just moved on to another unsuspecting landlord until I posted their names here on this website!

That type of renter activity is never reported to the credit rating agencies Trans Union, Equifax, or Experian. You cannot rely just on credit reports or court records because a lot of these loser tenants are never pursued by their landlord victims. Without NoPayTenants.com how would any other rental property owner know about bad tenants?
