Hello Terry,
Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Question and our Answer with the entire website community:
Q: One of my response-pending posts asked me to check out your site. So, before I recommend you to my readers, do you guys provide this service to people who own Vacation Rentals?
A: Our service is available to all rental property owners in the United States. Vacation rental owners need to be extra-extra careful when renting their property since these types of tenants have little to lose when they damage the leased premises. Also, vacation rental tenants from out-of-state know it's extremely difficult for a rental property owner to bring a lawsuit in another state to enforce the rental agreement and collect. Vacation rental tenants usually just walk away, never to return to their financial responsibility, leaving the rental property owner to pay for broken doors, windows, appliances, etc.
Please recommend our website to your readers, vacation rental owners, and inform all of your tenants that you report to NoPayTenants.com when there's a lease violation.
Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!

Hello Robert,
Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Question and our Answer with the entire website community:
Q: My question is how do tenants that have been added by landlords respond without being members of this site? The tenants I have added are not showing up in any search engines. Even if they did, I don't understand how a tenant can FLAG a record without being a member.
A: Database searches and flagging for tenants require a paid membership. Of course, rental property owners may post and maintain tenant records free of charge.
If your tenants desire to initiate the record removal process through our website, they will need to purchase a membership to enable flagging. If your tenants do not desire to initiate the record removal process via the Internet, they may contact you directly to make arrangements to remove their rental history from being displayed on the NoPayTenants.com website.
NoPayTenants.com is a national centralized database for rental property owners, which provides Internet access to your tenant records. You may choose to notify your tenants (in writing or otherwise) that their rental history has been posted to NoPayTenants.com and it will remain on display for other rental property owners to see until satisfactory arrangements have been made with you to remove it.
Display of tenant records with the search engine websites (Google, Yahoo, etc) cannot be guaranteed. NoPayTenants.com makes it easy for those search engines to have access to your tenant records in our database; however, it's impossible to say when or where your tenant records will appear on those website pages.
Every day, more and more tenant records are added and updated to the website, making NoPayTenants.com the largest Internet database in the United States maintained exclusively by rental property owners. When screening for new tenants, inform your applicants that your background check will include a search of NoPayTenants.com for their rental history.
Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!

Hello Patricia,
Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Question and our Answer with the entire website community:
Q: I am a co-tenant of an apartment and my roommate is not paying her share of the utility bills. I am not a landlord but I am stuck with paying her $150 per month portion of the utility bills. Can I enter her name on the website?
A: Co-tenants or sub-tenants are not permitted to create tenant website records. If such a record is created, it would be removed and you could be permanently blocked from using the website. Only rental property owners and managers may post tenant records to NoPayTenants.com.
Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!

Hello Montez,

Q: What is the fee for adding a non paying tenant and doing a search on prospective new tenants?
A: In your area of Saint Louis Missouri we are currently building our database and all posting and searching is no charge to you. Until our database goal is reached, all website users in your area may use NoPayTenants.com for free. When our database goal is achieved you may purchase a membership (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) to perform website searches.
We have no future plans to charge for posting to the website as this allows NoPayTenants.com to rapidly build the most comprehensive and up-to-date non-public tenant rental history database in the United States.

Hello Janet,
Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Question and our Answer with the entire website community:
Q: I searched the names of prospective tenants for my summer rental and no records were found on your website. Is it OK to rent the property to them if they have no record?
A: It usually is a very good indicator that a prospective tenant does not have a record with NoPayTenants.com. If you find a tenant record at the website, it would be a big red flag and further investigation should be done. Before renting a property, you should telephone all rental property owners and discuss the prospective tenant rental history. The more time you invest in the tenant background check, the higher probability of rental success.
Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!
