Hello Laura,

Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Comment and our Reply with the entire website community:

C: As soon as I subscribed / entered my former tenant's information I started getting spam & lots of it. I had not sent my email address to anyone prior to that. I am quite disappointed in this fact.

R: NoPayTenants.com never displays your email address or provides your user information to third-parties. All of your user information is strictly confidential and never released on the Internet.

We searched Google and your e-mail address is already out there, which is where the SPAM bots would have found you. None of the Google hits are from NoPayTenants.com and some of them are in highly visible areas (Yahoo and Craigslist), which are probably crawled daily for e-mail addresses for SPAM.

Please do not be disappointed and be assured that our high-security website protects your e-mail address from being revealed or used for SPAM.

Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!

Hello Dan,

Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Comment and our Reply with the entire website community:

C: I have uploaded several deadbeat tenants but only one name ever shows up doing a general Google search.  Unless the tenant's name show up when someone Googles it, your site is of limited use.

R: NoPayTenants.com programmers are constantly optimizing our Internet search engine capabilities.  We use all of the latest techniques to make sure a general Internet search reveals the names of tenants posted to the NoPayTenants.com website.  However, the search engines may take several months to completely index our database, thereby missing recently added tenant records.  Upon further investigation of your concern, your other tenants are all appearing on Google when we add the word tenant to the search string.  Ideally, we would like to see 100% of our database records appear on the first page of search engine results (3 of your 4 tenant records do).

It's impossible to guarantee any or all of our database tenant records will appear on Google or other search engine pages.  We have found that many rental property owners search tenant records directly at NoPayTenants.com and do not solely rely on Internet search engines for screening tenants.

Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!
