Tenant fraud has reach an all time high. I have been using nopaytenants.com for about 3-months now and it works like a charm for collecting unpaid rent. As a professional property manager, I can tell you that website really works and has changed late paying tenants into those that pay on time. We always have had our share of late pay tenants that we had to chase rent with each month. Since I began notifying the slow pay tenants that their name will be on nopaytenants.com they rush right over to our office with the rent check that day. Over the years we have seen many tenants skip out on damages, late fees, etc and I have posted all of those names on that website as well. Since it's free, I have nothing to lose. I am really glad someone made a website just for tracking tenants!!
