Hello Robert,
Thank you for contacting NoPayTenants.com and we would like to share your Question and our Answer with the entire website community:
Q: My tenant hasn't paid rent due but it's only been 4 days so I'm just getting prepared for possible problems. Wondering how I go about this posting process if necessary? Thanks for your time!
A: Tenants have the ability to turn late rent of 4-days into 4-weeks and 4-months in eviction court. Posting is easy, just click on Add Record under the NoPayTenants.com logo, login with your email address and password, and complete the webpage form. Click on Tips for Creating a Tenant Record for more details at the top of the form. Many users tell us that they notify the tenant before posting to the website and then the tenant pays in full. Of course if the tenant doesn't pay, post their rental history on the website and inform the tenant that the record will not be removed from display until the rent due (and late fees, if any) is paid.
Best wishes and thank you for using NoPayTenants.com!
