A: NoPayTenants.com is a national database of information created and maintained by rental property owners in the United States. The home page randomly displays existing tenants records relevant to the state your IP address is located. Additionally, the scrolling home page list will show new tenant records in real time as they are added from all areas of the country.

Since the IP address associated with your email login originates from Florida, the bulk of your home page display is for tenant records throughout your state. Users with email logins that resolve from IP addresses in other states will see a different scrolling home page list of tenant records.
